I’m Felipe Quiroz, a Product Manager and Co-Founder based in Santiago, Chile. My experience spans product, growth, partnerships and company building, with one common thread: turning problems and opportunities into systems that can operate, learn and scale.
Today, I lead Workforce Management products at GeoVictoria and build lowsignal, where I work across operations, commercial strategy, product and Growth Systems.
Before that, at TetherEd, I worked across partnerships, expansion and education technology, connecting product with institutions, public systems and new markets.
I’m especially interested in applied AI, products that live close to real operations, and new ways of building companies with small teams, technology and well-designed systems.
Build close to the real problem: understand operations, validate assumptions and design products that can be adopted and scaled.
Turn strategy and execution into systems: distribution, content, automation and continuous learning around growth.
Connect product with market, business and partnerships so a good solution can also sustain itself and grow.
I work well in spaces where there is still ambiguity: when the problem needs to be understood, priorities need to be shaped, teams need to align, and an opportunity has to become something that actually works.
Product, growth and partnerships can look like different paths. To me, they are different ways of solving the same problem: understanding what needs to change, aligning the right people and building the system that makes it real.
