Bringing market signals back into product.

I worked with Product and Engineering to translate the needs of clients, institutions and families into product improvements and AI-enabled initiatives. The logic was simple: use the market as a source of learning and turn that learning into product.

Applied AI

The work included initiatives developed with OpenAI and, on specific projects, Columbia University and SLEP del Pino, connecting research, institutional needs and implementation.

Work in context

Adoption is built with people.

A large part of the role happened outside the pipeline: sessions with internal teams, education leaders and institutions. That’s where real needs became product, implementation and adoption decisions.

From opportunity to implementation.

My role combined business development, institutional coordination and the building of internal systems so expansion could be visible, measurable and repeatable.
