From strategy to adoption.
As Product Manager, I lead strategy, roadmap and prioritization across three Workforce Management products, balancing customer needs, business impact and technical feasibility.
I work from customer discovery and validation through execution, pilots and adoption, connecting market opportunities with scalable solutions alongside Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Operations and Support teams.
Three products. One operating system.
Smart Scheduler
Workforce and shift planning for complex operations, connecting rules, coverage needs and staffing decisions.
Shift Optimizer
An optimization MVP designed to connect availability, demand and operational constraints to support more efficient staffing decisions.
Shift Change Workflow
A workflow for shift changes and swaps, with configurable rules, approvals and validations that add flexibility without losing operational control.
From problem to scalable product.
I work close to customers and real operations to understand problems, validate assumptions and decide what is worth building before scaling development.
Product for operations across multiple markets.
GeoVictoria serves more than 10,000 customers across 20+ countries. In that context, building Workforce Management means designing for scale, operational complexity and very different local realities.
Workforce Management is an operating system.
Workforce products live inside complex environments: schedules, labor rules, approvals, employee behavior, business demand and existing systems all interact at the same time.
The challenge is not just designing an interface. It is building systems that reduce complexity, give operations the control they need and adapt to different customers, markets and ways of working.
